Security Deposit – RM500
Deposit Policy:
Your deposit may be fully or partially forfeited for damages or house rule violations.
Full refund for changes/cancellations made more than 1 month before check-in.
Forfeiture applies for changes within 4 weeks.
Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days) are not eligible for refund.

House Rules
Guests must comply with all local laws and house rules. Violation may result in immediate termination with no refund.
Maximum Occupancy
Do not exceed limit. Deposit forfeiture applies.
Day Guests
Not allowed.
Quiet Hours
Begin at 10:00 PM. No loud music.
Smoking
Outside only.
Pets & Substances
Not allowed.
Front Gate
Closes at 11:00 PM.
Cleanliness
Leave the villa as you found it.
Security & Damage
RM500 deposit required before check-in
Covers damages, losses, extra cleaning
Excess damages beyond RM500 are your responsibility
Personal Belongings
Not responsible for loss or damage
Store valuables securely
Compensation may be sought for damages or theft
